Job Description
Freight is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our logistics platform, driving growth and innovation in the logistics industry. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and bring new products to market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategy for Freight logistics platform, focusing on user needs and business goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to bring products to market.
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and iterate on existing products.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements and user guides.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
Basic Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Proven track record of launching successful products and features.
Strong research and analysis skills, with ability to synthesize insights into product decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on impact and ROI.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Preferred Requirements
MBA or related degree in Business, Product Management, or related field.
Experience with logistics or transportation software, such as TMS or WMS systems.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, such as SQL or data visualization.
Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to advocate for user needs.
